Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframe:

1.1 Order Processing: Orders are recorded immediately upon placement and are typically processed the same or next business day, unless there is any unforeseen issue (i.e wrong shipping information provided). While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions may cause delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays and work diligently to minimize their impact.

1.2 Shipping Time Frames: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, for US and EU countries delivery can take from 8 to 12 days, other countries can expect a shipping time of 12 to 25 days.

1.3 Carrier Selection: We use the best available courier services based on the customer’s location to ensure timely and efficient delivery. At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests to change the designated carrier.

2. Shipping Rates and Fees: 

2.1 Customs Fees: All orders that are being processed and shipped are free of customs duties and taxes*.

*Please note that few countries might encounter delivered duty unpaid (DDU), depending on your country's regulations, meaning that it's the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes. These must all be paid in order for customs to release the shipment after it arrives.

2.2 Tracking Updates and Package Status: Once shipped, packages may have limited tracking visibility while undergoing customs clearance. It is normal for tracking to not update during this period. Please expect tracking details to refresh within 48-72 hours post-customs clearance.

3. Order Cancellation or modification:

3.1 Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled until they are assigned a first-mile tracking number (usually before the first 24 hours). To cancel, provide the order number via our customer support.

3.2 Order Modification: Modifications are possible before the first mile tracking number is assigned (usually before the first 24 hours). Please contact customer support with your order number for changes.
